MID-TERM CONFERENCE

Launched in May 2015, the Shift2Rail Lighthouse Projects (In2Rail, IT2Rail, Roll2Rail and SMART-RAIL) are carrying out vital preliminary research that will feed into the overall Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking research and innovation programme. This joint mid-term event will be the occasion to take stock of the work carried out thus far, look ahead at the activities to be carried out until the end of the projects, and how the projects’ results will contribute to the Shift2Rail research goals. The event will begin with a high-level opening session from 9:00-10:30, after which the individual projects will organise separately their mid-term workshops (11:00-17:30, with joint lunch and coffee breaks).

The agenda for the Mid-Term event will also include agendas for the individual lighthouse project workshops and will be circulated at the end of September/beginning of October.
